Terms of Use

1. Who we are

AstroHub (the "Service") is operated by AstroHub ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. What the Service is

The Service offers astrology, tarot, numerology and palmistry content: quizzes, personal readings, daily horoscopes, compatibility reports and conversations with AI astrologers.

All content is for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not a prediction of the future and not professional advice. Do not rely on it for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other important decisions; consult a qualified professional instead.

3. AI-generated content and AI astrologers

Readings, horoscopes, images and chat answers are generated by artificial intelligence from the information you provide (such as your birth data, quiz answers, messages and photos). They may be inaccurate or incomplete.

The astrologers in the Service (Luna, Orion, Selene, Atlas, Mira, Sol, Ivy and any others) are AI characters created by us. They are not real people, and conversations with them are with an AI system. Their names and illustrated portraits are fictional.

4. Membership, trial and renewal

Membership starts with a 7-day trial for the trial fee you choose at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership renews automatically at the monthly price shown at checkout, and then every month at that price, until you cancel. We send you an email before the trial ends.

You can cancel at any time in the Account section of the app (Account → Cancel membership) or through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then and are not charged again.

Prices may change for future periods; we will tell you in advance and you can cancel before the new price applies. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

5. One-time purchases and credits

Additional reports and credit packs are one-time purchases charged to the payment method on your membership when you confirm them.

Credits are used for messages to the AI astrologers (a message and a photo each cost the number of credits shown in the app). Membership adds credits every billing period. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and end when your account is deleted. Unused credits from a period carry over while your account exists.

Auto-refill is off unless you turn it on. When on, the credit pack you chose is bought automatically with your saved card when your balance falls below the threshold shown in the app, at most once an hour. You can turn it off at any time.

6. Your content

You keep the rights to what you send us (messages, photos, birth data). You give us the licence needed to process it to provide the Service. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, or anything unlawful.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break it, scrape it, resell it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on its content, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
