1. Controller

AstroHub is responsible for your personal data in AstroHub. Contact: support@haznedartech.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: your email address, language and country.

Birth and profile data you give us: name, gender, date, time and place of birth, quiz answers, people you add for compatibility.

Photos you choose to upload (for example your palm) and your messages to the AI astrologers.

Payment data: handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status, the last digits and the brand of your card, never the full card number.

Usage and device data: pages viewed, ad click identifiers (such as fbclid or ttclid), IP address, browser type, cookies.

3. Why we use it

To provide the Service (computing your chart, writing your readings, answering your messages), to bill your membership and purchases, to send account emails (sign-in codes, receipts, trial reminders), and, if you agreed, marketing emails and the daily horoscope email.

To measure and improve our advertising, we share hashed identifiers (such as a hashed email) and event data (such as a trial start) with Meta and TikTok.

4. AI processing

To generate readings and chat answers, the relevant data (your chart, answers, messages and photos you upload) is sent to our AI providers (OpenAI for text and image understanding, eachlabs for generated images). They process it on our behalf and may not use it to train their models under our agreements.

5. Who we share with

Service providers acting for us: hosting, database, Stripe (payments), OpenAI and eachlabs (AI), SendGrid (email), Meta and TikTok (advertising measurement). We do not sell your personal data.

6. How long we keep it

Account data and readings: while your account exists. Uploaded photos: up to 30 days after the reading they were used for, unless kept in a conversation you can see. Payment records: as long as tax law requires. When you delete your account, your data is deleted except what the law requires us to keep.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account in the app (Account → Delete my account) or write to us. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

8. Cookies

We use necessary cookies (sign-in, language, your quiz in progress) and, for advertising measurement, the Meta and TikTok pixels.
