Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

Cancel any time in the app: Account → Cancel membership. It takes a few taps and needs no email or call. Your access continues until the end of the trial or the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

If you cancel during the trial, the monthly price is never charged.

Refunds

If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, write to support@haznedartech.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it if you have not used the Service since the renewal.

Trial fees, one-time reports that have already been written and credits that have been used are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

If your country gives you a right of withdrawal for digital services, you agree, when you start your trial or make a purchase, that the service begins immediately, and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the content has been delivered.
